King Lion, Ms. Tiger, and Mr. Chimp believe that strength makes an animal a good king but Mr. Turtle believes that wisdom makes an animal a good king. To prove his point, Mr. Turtle takes on the risky challenge of bringing Mr. Elephant to the King's palace.
